This penalty has already been upheld with the evidence provided and will not be overturned. The account has been noted several times over after each dispute you send in and repeat investigation we perform. The results are consistent and the account will remain closed.

I can't imagine them permanently banning you for "fishing for four hours".

There's your answer right there. Their investigation must have shown that you were Bot'ing and not just fishing like you claim. It cracks me up that people get mad when they get banned for using Bots and then run to forums like this to play the innocent type. Moral of the story, just because you've gotten away with blatantly cheating in WoW before doesn't mean you'll ALWAYS get away with it.

I didn't falsely accuse you of anything, BLIZZARD accused you of it. They don't randomly ban people by drawing a Character name out of a hat once a week. When they say that after an investigation they won't be reinstating your account, that means you broke the ToS in some way, whether it be Bot'ing or RMT or some other action. Fishing Bots are in the top maybe 3 most common Bots in WoW, after Leveling Bots and Gathering Bots (usually Mining). All are against ToS, all are banable offenses. You can keep acting all innocent here but it won't change that BLIZZARD responded to you personally that the evidence uncovered in their investigation proved that you did wrong, end of story.

You are supposed to move on. Blizzard, due to your actions, won't allow you to play their game anymore. Time to find a new game I guess.
