lvl 20 200 cooking recipes

Grats, but fk that reminds me... I really miss when everything wasn't account wide :/
I know I'm in the minority and that update made things a lot more convenient for people but eh. I miss it, I stopped achievement hunting when they did that but maybe I'll start again for my own sake.

I personally have 217 on my main 10 so I know that many is possible. Still, 217 is a far cry from 240. Without Blizz allowing us to increase Cooking to 700 and discover the Draenor recipes (since they're unlikely to allow us to Farm in MoP to increase Cooking Faction rep for those recipes) then I don't see us hitting 240. Ofc, they could also introduce a ton of new LvL 1 requirement recipes with Legion maybe. There are ~22 Draenor recipes via discovery (which you CAN discover) but Blizzard in their infinite stupidity placed a Character level 90 requirement to learn them, even though they're soulbound in YOUR bags that YOU discovered. I think I have several of them sitting in my Bank just waiting for Blizz to unlock them for lowbies.

EDIT: 219 WAS at one time Possible as learning Kungaloosh didn't have a Character Level requirement for a short time after WotLK's launch and if you are a Rogue (or played during Vanilla and got the non-bound recipe back then) you can learn Thistle Tea.

EDIT2: I'm unclear how WoD things effect LvL 20's. If you guys are pure F2P (no tied P2P Account) do you have ANY access to Draenor and things gained from it?

disregard this, for some reason in my head, I thought that rep tokens = timewalking badges! >.<

The max may be slightly higher than 219 now that the timeless dungeons let us have access to the bc/wotlk fishing daily reward thing (im not sure if you're counting that) but, still very far away from 240 >.<

Recipe: Delicious Chocolate Cake - Item - World of Warcraft
and
Recipe: Stormchops - Item - World of Warcraft

at least we get cake now :D
Except the Bag of Fish from the WotLK Vendor and likely the Crate of Meat from the TBC Vendor (if that's put in) are BoP not BoA. Only the Character buying the bag can loot it and the Recipes inside are BoP :(

EDIT: No, the 219 does NOT count the WotLK and TBC Fishing daily Cooking recipes (that are also in the Crate of Meat/Bag of Fish since they're are BoP). Also it DOES count the MoP Faction specific recipes you can loot from the Chests in Guo-Lai Halls in the Valley of the Four Winds since they require 600 with that Faction, which we can't attain. So, even though you can have those ~4 recipes in your bags, you can't learn them. I think I have enough Cooking recipes sitting in my Bank on my 10 to hit 240, but all of them in there require either 600 Cooking with X or Y Faction in MoP or Character Level 90 to learn. I'll check when I'm on later.

EDIT2: Just in case I calculated it wrong, lets say the theoretical max currently in WoD for a lowbie is between 217-223, just to give a little wiggle room for those REALLY old Twinks and Rogue/non-Rogue, etc.

Ok just checked and I only have (9) Cooking recipes sitting in my bank that require either 600 Cooking, MoP Faction dependent Cooking or Character level 90 to learn. So with my 217 + 9 I still don't make it to 240. None of the Draenor recipes I have say "Discovery through Cooking" anymore as I think I have all of them that can be discovered with the base recipes just sitting in my Bank.
