I made this post to talk about how Blizzard treats Starter accounts because a lot of people thinks that the fact that they are f2p they believe that Blizz will not treat em right or gonna refuse to help or etc... with results like add a new account to p2p instead asking for a merge... item lost, roll a new toon and don't ask for recovery... Monk wasn't available create a new account for having an f2p monk...
For Blizzard f2p or no you are a customer and you get treated with respect all the time, i asked for an item that i deleted by mistake on my f2p customer support was more than helpful, i recovered a toon that i deleted at 5.4, i got monk class by ticket because i wasn't available to do it and the last thing i asked to merge my trial with my p2p account and not only merge it i got 10 free days with it...
I leave this here hope that it will help you to avoid future mistakes...

No monk because Starters did not have access to Mists of Pandaria. Just like at one time Starters did not have access to Worgens.
Most of the restrictions are in place because of the abuse of farmers. Way way back when I started WoW. My trial account that came on a disc, remember those, had access to many of the things that starters do not now.
You are in fact POTENTIAL customers. That is why the trial system is in place. Very few people abuse system as twinks compared to the rest of the WoW population. This is evident in our queue wait times.

when monk become available to starter accounts my account didn't had this feature so i opened a ticket to ask for it... and remember some people started new trials to get this feature.

you didnt have to make a new account.. just add another f2p to ur account, and the monk would be added to ur wow1 account.
but yes, i think they treat f2p different.. i once tried to recover a item i disenchanted, i still had the mats but they "couldnt" do it... but i did it twice on my p2p where i didnt have the mats anymore..

You don't pay for a game that costs money to make and upkeep why would you feel entitled?

I believe You look like the character in Your avatar when You see other people having fun.

OT: I think we have the same respect from GMs as normal paying customers.

They treat us like shit. as well as those who pay. in game store is a good example. lack of endgame content is another one.
Instead of gate new players from what is a clearly bad first impression of game, they put people of scummy nature to feast up on grief of new players.

Wont surprise me if thousands of new players never purchased game because of none existing balance.

Also why not in f2p section. why support the activity of the enemies?

I've had quite a bit of help from the ticket system as a starter back in the days. Just within the restrictions given to us. I feel as if they didn't want to help us, they would close off the ticket system for trials.

haven't had any problems yet from them. but then again i think the last time i summoned a dev was when i was lagging so bad at the wailing caverns i became stuck in them and couldn't get out.

also got monks the first day they were released for trials, didn't had a problem with them on my end.

this is the f2p section "level 20 twinking".
There are no enemies between subscribed and f2ps... only some stupid thinking persons that existing at both sides...

As about monks my ticket was "Hello sorry for mess but i learned that monks are now available for starter accounts and my account is not let me to roll one, can you help me"
the answer that i got was "we are gonna fix it, just log out and try after 10 minutes"

and when i de my boots by accident after restore.
GM:Are you Satisfied with lvl 20 char?
me: yes is kinda fun and gives a lot of challenges
GM:yeah but you didn't tried endgame content?
me: i have an account but i quitted at wotlk
GM: do you want a gift?
me: what kind of gift?
GM: i can give you 10 days for free and also merge your accounts.
me: oh nice thank you very much.

that took me some hour offline also but that's ok :p

I have never had any issues with any of there support staff. But then again, I have always been nice to them. Unlike the above post I quoted.

Any changes to your accounts require you to be offline for 60 minutes.

Ive had alot more success on a trial account than my ''real'' account

Its actually so bad that I use a starter for any tickets that can be resolved with a starter. Like if I need a name freed up or have a problem with a Q( i just type ''my friend XX has this problem can you help '')

feels like my real account tickets goes into some sort of a trash bin or something

What i do have issue with is how you putting starter tag on thread, then put it in section filled with grief feeding individuals who gonna clam it as " their " forum activity by default.

if this is a starter thread - im interested in it.
if it is not - i give no shit about it and i dont wanna click on it.
This seems like to refer to starter editions, both standard starter account edition and veteran starter account edition. It is in the right place to cover both he is a starter account player himself I assume but I would have posted this in the general section though.

If you are not interested then do no click it. If you do not like p2p or veteran trial account players do not look at all in this section. If you do not like twinking do not go to this site.

On topic, I've never had any troubles with GM's, not on my trial accounts nor on my normal accounts and do not think starter accounts are threated differently as normal accounts. But hey, I do not try to trick blizzard employes nor fool them.

As i said before a lot of people doesn't know their own rights, trial or no you are customer and when you need help you can ask for it...
if p2p have problems with the way that blizzard shows equality on services they can just quit their subs and start trials...
examples:
"a guy told me he quitted his main trial account and added a new one at his main to share achievements, titles etc. while he was able to ask on ticket for it"
"other guy added new trial on his account in order to play monk while he was able to ask on ticket for it"
"someone already had an inactive trial connected and couldn't add one more so quitted while he was able to ask for remove"
"someone de an item and rolled a new toon when he was available to recover it"
some people playing with starters and veterans and believe that they have no rights to open a ticket.... so that's the reason that i posted this here...

and if you want to know treat others with your super-ego attitude not gonna help, not only at game but irl also...

Twinkinfo is a community and i try share my knowledge same as other persons that helped me with their posts...
ofc i don't like everybody but i m just ignore... cause i m not interested to creating drama and can't stand aggressive victims as you...

Grow up, start a business, see who you treat better. The people who pay your bills, or the guy who wants something for nothing.
