All Draenor Rep Exalted as Twink

Alright lets look at it from a more specific perspective.
1) Are you there solo (on only your Twink) or with one of your own Level 100's on a 2nd account (the way I do it)?
2) Are you in a Raid group, a Party with only a few, or no group at all?
3) Have you had the Felmouth Food buff on every time you've gotten the Apexis from him?
4) Do you just tag him (obv it's the Felmouth doing the tagging) then run out of range or stay in range and end up dying?
5) If you stay in range and end up dying, do you run back and res up or stay ghost until he's downed?

1.I have no othe account, joining only on my 19 twink.
2.I join a custom raid group.
3.For my mw I died before being able to use my felmouth, ressed and hit him without it, died again, ressed and hit him once again without felmouth then the raid group killed him and I got my loot.
4.I attack him. My mw I managed to just deal like 3 blows then I ran back and waited for group to kill him. Warlock I attacked him from range.
5.I ress and attack him once again.

Never mind just did it and got my 1k apexis aswell
I can now confirm that Kazzak does indeed drop 1K Apexis Crystals, just not 100% of the time. I did him today on a Level 100 without using Felmouth and got them. Yesterday I did him on 2 Level 100's and got no Apexis. Now to do it on my 10 Twink and hope I get lucky because grinding them out is stupid.
Today I found another way for very quick Apexis Shard grinding (just not as fast as Kazzak) to get your Laughing Skull Mask(s). You will need to be in a Group with a 100 that can drop the Saberstalker Totems of Challenge (the weekly rep quest Rumble in the Jungle) or be in a group with a Character high enough to damage the Bosses and be lucky enough that other 100's are there dropping their own Totems. You get ONLY Apexis Crystals from each Boss but it's good amounts. I tried to kill each one more than once in a daily reset to see if you could do it repeatedly but I was also farming other things at the time so the daily ended up resetting before I could do it the 2nd time. Here were my results:
Akrrilo = 76 & 111 Apexis Crystals (killed twice)
Rendarr = 158 & 169 Apexis Crystals
Eyepiercer = 240 & 267 Apexis crystals
I went from ~130 Apexis Crystals to well over 1K (I was killing Rares too) and now I have my Exalted Mask!!
BONUS: There's a rock structure directly to the south of the entrance to the small Arena where you drop the Totems. Standing on the middle of the 2 rock formations will keep you at a safe enough distance to never take damage while also being in range to auto attack each Boss (if you have ranged abilities). You also won't get jumped by the Saberstalker in the tree just opposite of the entrance path.
