All Draenor Rep Exalted as Twink

Not hard when you have ~175K Gold to throw at it. I myself am Farming the drops so it's taking me much longer on my main 10 Twink. My luck, Blizz will add a Character Level 90 to use the Medallions before I finish.

EDIT: Just curious, what method did you find the best for farming the Apexis? I'm just killing large packs of mobs in Tanaan then looting with Findle's Loot-A-Rang on my 10 so he's at a safe distance but it's still time consuming.

For exalted I had to spend 500k gold on medallions, as for the farming there´s a really nice and quick way to get 1k Apexis Crystals. I got my crystals in 5 mins only. Just join a custom raid group for Supreme Lord Kazzak and kill him. You´ll get 1k Apexis Crystals from looting him! :)

Sure about that? I killed Kazzak this past week on my 99 Twink and got ZERO loot, not even gold or Apexis. Blizz hotfixed him a while ago because Players were making Level 1 alts repeatedly to do Kazzak over and over for the Felblight so they made it so that only Level 100's got the personal loot from him. Unless this week's nerf to bonus Felblight somehow reverted Kazzak back to all Levels get loot.

Yeah what I did was using felmouth frenzy to attack him and I got my 1k crystals from him. I think you can kill Savage Whale Shark also for 1k crystals aswell :)
 
It's certainly worth giving a shot, because 1 Apexis per normal NPC kill even in Tanaan Jungle is for the birds. I wonder if it's a glitch with Felmouth, because I was there for the entire fight on my 99 Shaman and she did just over 32K DPS on him (no Bodyguard) and I literally got nothing for the trouble.

Saberstalkers is also decent for apexis :)

Yeah it´s definitely worth a shot! I´ve got the Laughing Skull mask first for my warrior, and back then I didnt know about Kazzak, so it took me alot of hours farming those 1k Apexis.
 
Just did Kazzak on a brand new (100) 5 minutes ago, he didn't drop ANY Apexis Crystals. Somehow I think you must've got seriously lucky in-between hotfixes. I did get (2) of his 705 drops for this brand new 100 Druid, works for me.

EDIT: NM, I did get Felblight, was in the mail today.
