    This might be a dumb question, but do enchants scale with item level or character level? I've been away a long time.

    For instance, can you still put a higher-level enchant on items like Skullbreaker or Gallan Cuffs? Because I notice my Skullbreakers all still have really crazy enchants on them. Wasn't sure if that's just because they're grandfathered or if I could still make those work for me somehow.

    All enchants scale off your Toons LvL, the old healing/spell power enchants are GFed
     
    Almost everyday i get asked a ? regarding gearing or enchants, so i made this list to help gear new 29s re-gear returning 29s and help poorly geared 29s out
