Not sure if you're in the right gear set now, but I'll base it off of what you've got on. This is for a generic high stam healer set, I assume you'll have a pure FC/stacks set as well.
Use leather head, armor is important as an FC.
Versatility enchants all around.
Having the bonus armor neck is good for FC, but int one is good for healing/mid.
I don't remember exactly how the chest enchants scale, but I believe stam > health for druids since we get more stam in bear form.
Grab different bracers. Uninsured/Acquisition bracers are good for mid (4 int/stam/crit), Black wolf/chitonous bracers have 5 stam and agi/crit for a pure FC/stacks set.
Fine leather gloves with glove reinforcements for healing/mid (woodworking are better, but extremely rare). Blackened defias gloves with glove reinforcements for stacks set.
Tarantula silk sash is one of the better options for healing/mid/FC. You can use belt of the fang for stacks.
Spidersilk boots are good, that enchant doesn't stack with minor speed, but is good for stacks. Its best to have two pairs of boots. One has minor speed for 90% of the time, one has some sort of 3 stam enchant for when you have too many stacks.
Stillwater signet isn't bad, garrosh's pardon might be a bit better. Best will be the BoA int ring, whenever you can get it.
For weapons, having one weapon with elemental force is good in general. Having another (maybe dawnblade) with colossus is good for pure FC/stacks.
All in all not too bad. Some of it is simply transferring from boomkin. Keep it up.
