That's actually a peaceful symbol meaning "well being" and "good fortune" among many eastern religions, the offensive symbol you have in mind is tilted on its side, the post was deleted, and the intent may have been there, but the crime was not.

You have to report this stuff if you want it looked at, tagging mods is not how to do that, because at the moment it is only my and roboartists opinions that matter, instead of everyone on the staff.
