It works at 70, it doesn't hit with offhand and does a weird animation, but generally hits harder. Dual Weild is much better due to lava lash and I have a set for it, but I'm enjoying hitting 40% of people's HP off with lucky windfury multistrike chains, especially with echo of the elements double stormstrike

If you log your 29, equip a 2H axe instead of mace/staff, the warrior heirloom should do. Idk if that's why mine works but it's worth a try

Anyone at all? Also other 70s have been unable to Stormstrike with a 2H for some reason, can anyone with a 70 sham equip an axe and try for me? If not I feel like it might have something to do with my set bonuses
