So guys according to Zeiren/Dasfizzla Skill Ratio won last years twink cup, does anyone else recall the tournament ever finishing last year?

They won overall because they placed higher in the arena tournament than This Sunday Night.

Arena has nothing to do with WSG.. please don't tell me this is how it will be decided this year if the same happens.

Afk the bg before you lose. SR Tactics baby ^

We were undefeated and we didn't get capped on. It was unfortunate that ddosing caused the finals to not be played out, but it was blatantly obvious who the best team was

it was a tie and the rules that incentivized teams to turtle completely when games usually ended with no more than a cap or 2 at most, take no risks for a technical win were ridiculous. gr8 way to display boring, low intellectual functioning gameplay!

anyone with a brain knows that

ps wasnt prize money 50/50d lmao

Again, a commitee could have resolved that issue.

So in conclusion, correct me if I am wrong.
TC 2014 ended in a tie.
TC 2014 had DDoSing.
TC 2014 had no winner. (Officially)
TC 2014's "winner" recieved a prize of nothing.
Some guild at the end of TC 2014 conveniently made up some rules after the fact and declared themselves "winner".
Which of the above statements are incorrect? And if so, why?

/cheers

The winnings were split evenly between the final two teams. The predetermined rules were unable to determine a "series winner" in a timely manner. That said, one team consistently outperformed the other throughout the tourney, giving some credence to claims of being an unofficial winner. Sure it's not completely objective, but any predetermined set of rules is not going to be perfect either.

Are the rules gonna be revamped for this years tourny, to prevent the same ending as last year?

Myrm just said that there wasn't the required rules to determine the winner last year

I repeat...
The rules are quite clear.
Not,
The rules were quite clear.
You asked a question about the rules for this years tourney and I answered.
Why would you think I would be talking about TC 2014's rules? Have you read the rules for 2015 compared to 2014? If so, then your answer would have been answered. If you have not, I would highly recommend it.

/cheers
