Weapon Enchants that proc on first cast/hit

    • Looking for a list of Weapon enchants that proc off of your first cast. I'd appreciate anyone who assists could also post the Internal cooldown but not necessary :)

    For example: Jade Spirit - Spell - World of Warcraft

    Jade spirit will proc off of your first cast and has a 50 second internal cooldown.

    Power Torrent has has a high proc rate and 45 sec ICD, you could get a proc then switch to 11 SP wep enchant for 45 secs.
     
    Lose two GCDs swapping back and forth.
    16 SP only when scaled. We have no idea if he wants the information for scaled or non-scaled purposes as he/she did not state it.

    All I require is a list of Weapon enchants that will proc off of your first cast :)

    So far Jade spirit, Power torrent and Dancing Steel.
     
    May want to check out that list I posted in the 20-29 section. It lists every significant enchant known to twinkdom.
    I believe most, if not all, of the MoP ones react that way. And a few Cata ones.

    I would think anything with a RPPM would be an instant hit on opener, but I'm new to all this RPPM proc stuff...

    If it follows that formula you should have over 100% chance when you start a fight. This was a good comment from wowhead, I'll post:

    River's Song: 4 RPPM on melee attacks that land, or are dodged, or parried.
    Dancing Steel: 2.3 RPPM on melee attacks that land.
    Colossus: 6 RPPM on melee attacks that land, or are dodged, or parried, with a 3-second cooldown.
    Elemental Force: 10 RPPM on damage or spell damage/healing
    Jade Spirit: 2 RPPM on spell damage or healing, 50-second cooldown.
    Windsong: 2 RPPM on damage, or spell damage/healing.
    Edit: As of 10/15/12, Windsong and Elemental Force now proc on all damage and healing, including melee, ranged, direct and DoT.

    They now trigger on the new "Real Procs Per Minute" (RPPM) system, which is weapon speed and instant attack independent and fully detailed in this blue post.

    Edit 2: As of patch 5.1 Dancing Steel, Jade Spirit, River's Song, and Colossus are on the RPPM system also.

    Edit 3: As of patch 5.2, Dancing Steel now has a 15% greater chance to activate.

    I have had power torrent proc for me going in and out of ghost wolf in during Cata. Same with Jade spirit during MoP. I sure all that has been rectified by now. To tell you truth, many of the "sometimes, frequently, etc" enchants are very fickle. Some have ICDs, some don't. Some can double proc others can not. EJ probably has a nice write up on them somewhere that would apply even at this level.
