Use blackened defias boots rather than gloves, use gloves of the fang, get peerless stats on chest (glorious shows +2 but acually is +1), get parachute cloak (use effect is better than 3 stam). I wont mention gloom since your looking for that :)

EDIT: Get eyepatch aswell
EDIT2: http://www.wowhead.com/spell=44529/major-agility is 6 agility, it will give you about 0.5% extra dodge
EDIT3: get http://www.wowhead.com/spell=124567/primal-leg-reinforcements (6 agi 4 crit for 400 LW version)

Blackened defias boots scale to? and parachute cloak is only really worth it in arathi basin, lizardscale is BiS in arena and wsg most of the time. I'll definitely look into glorious vs peerless, i thought it was 2 but it may well be a bug. As for eyepatch, i've already got a decent amount of crit and the loom headpiece gives more AP which is what i'm trying to max out. The haste isn't too bad as well for proccing landslide+ele force more often

Parachute cloak is quite useful in all BGs, your cloak is only better for arenas. Glorious is bugged, it gives +1. Defias Boots scale to 10 agi 7 stam so they would be BiS. It's a bit silly to give up on 8 crit for 1 agi 9 haste, but if you love AP that much you may aswell use 'of aglity' legs (13 agi) enchanted with 5 agi 3 crit and 13 agi shouders enchanted with 4 stamina.

i'll get parachute then to have both i guess, and peerless stats as i've just checked and it is indeed bugged. If any defias boots come my way i'll indeed pick them up. 'of agility' legs scale to the same agility as smelting pants (13) and you cant enchant either one of them without making the item soulbound, and the enchantments require a high level to do, so heirloom legs with bis enchant is actually bis of agility. However, the 13 agi shoulders i am in the process of getting, just struggling to find any ace of swords to finish off the 3 decks i have atm.

I knew the major agility was 6 agi but didn't realise dodge still scaled from agility, will change that in due course.

Also, those leg enchants require leatherworking to get the upgraded version right? My main hasn't got very much money or leatherworking but will try to get a char with leatherworking high enough to make this enchant.

This is false, the 5 agi 3 crit leg enchant can be applied to BoE legs, so 'of agility' legs would be BiS for max agility since you cant enchant smelting pants

you must get 400 LW, but stay under 499, it shouldnt cost more than 3-5k gold
 
I am making a 29 BM. Probably gonna waste a GSA and 2 Fangs. :)
Just for fun obv.

Edit: I have several Blackened Defias items too... gloves, pants, belts... Might go full on douchebag.

Hey :D looking good so far! Grab a Gloom, defias boots, and GoTF enchanted w/ Major Agility (Same AP as greater assault, but pure AP doesn't give you the secondary stats ie dodge rating for rogue) also grab Primal 400 lw
Also I don't know if you have it but I'd run an AGM and switch it out accordingly
