You have stam twice for the bracers. Is it 5 stam, 4 crit, 2 str?

EDIT: 5 stam, 4 crit, 2 str is correct

Was looking into possible transmog items and found this: Chef's Hat - Item - World of Warcraft


Looks like its obtainable on a 19 (though very slowly...over 50-100 days of cooking dailies I think). Since it has an ilvl of 1 and 10 bonus armor, this might be useful for BM monks if it scales well. Anyone have any information on it?
