I didn't quite understand why I was using Blackened Defias Hands (they scale worse than the 9/9 on Naga but I'll change if explained why).

I just went with Wild Belt to balance it out, I can understand if Bandit is BiS - I need to get them.

Otherwise, what gear should I get? RoP I guess? I have the 3 agi ring.

Please note: I am Assassination

why assassination? I tested all 3 specs just recently and I believe assassination was the worst.

Lizard cloak, Gloomshroud armor, Defias/monkey belt, RoP, Fang gloves.

Peerless stats to chest, Greater assault to bracer, Major agility/Crusher to gloves

you are gimping youself by going assa, go combat if you want to be useful to your team. that being said,

Wsg neck (vers ench)
shadowcraft shoulders (4 agi 1 crit ench)
lizardscale cloak (vers ench)
Gloomshroud armor (peerless stats)
2x shadowfang (ele force)
stam trinket
Blackened defias belt
gloves of the fang (6 AP enchant)
ring of precision (vers ench)
cutthroat band (vers ench)
5 AP enchant to wrists

If you are determined to stay assa, use 2x goblin screwdriver (7agi)
talon of vultros is no good because of weapon normalization

A lot of that is not true.
Assas is very strong, especially with ele force.
The heal from the neck by itself is much better than the minor agil gain.
Both shoulders have the same stats but since haste is better than crit per point his are right.
Foremans gloves scales to 1 less agil but 9 more haste, I believe that it is better.
As combat use sf mh and either balanced heartseaker (which he has) or wsg dagger oh.
Talon of vulturos is the bis mh for assas, as shown here.

Assas is very strong, especially with ele force.

Not a huge fan of being so reliant on Ambush. I can keep up SnD with Envenom easily and that means I can spread a ton of damage and do a lot of control. Pooling energy for double Mut's drops healers without relying on someone else as well (or stacks).

As for the enchants - I'll grab stats (is that +2?), I think the rest of my enchants are equivalent to those?

bis is really just a jumping off point, most experienced rogues will tweak their gear depending on personal preference.

+1 for good rogue play. SnD and Recoup up at all times, your melee damage does the talking. Pooled energy for burst.

Check his buffs. This is a real r1, not that Swifty carry garbage

Assassination is a fun spec, Poisons hitting is a great sound. I find the sound effects for Combat boring. Goblin Screwdriver I haven't tested, it's 1 more agility for a .1 sec longer swing. But when I messed around with different boa options in game 1.7 offhand was still king.

Needs more crit imo like around 50%.
