Is the Ribbon still obtainable

I'm wondering if it's still possible to enter ICC on a low level and obtain the Precious Ribbon

I've tried to enter ICC on my 29 (that was grouped with a level 90) and failed but a friend of mine told me that he managed to enter ICC on a level 70 after 5-7 failed attempts.

Have had a few friends get in after multiple tries.

Shouldn't be possible though from what I have heard, but they got around 10+ fails and then got in.

I tired a bunch at 20 and was unable to get in. But this is really interesting. i'd have a hard time believing a 30 can get in but not a 20... doesn't make a lot of sense. It might be a f2p restriction? I'll try and enter tonight as I'm still paid vet.

I heard that was fixed shortly after Asmongold made a video about it.

Idk why it would be a f2p restriction, I thought it was a new general restriction.

As far as I'm aware this isn't fixed, unless the new patch did it. One of the main points stated is the level 80-100 must enter first to create the raid, then the lower toon can enter. Can confirm that ruby sanctum didn't work until level 30 mind
