I would say yes based on this wowhead comment:

This enchant has a chance to proc on any ability that says "Requires Melee Weapon" and that sort of thing. If it simply says "Melee Range", it probably won't work. Correct me if I'm wrong. For anything but a feral druid, I believe this translates to any attack that has a chance to increase weapon skill.

It looks like it has a flat % chance to proc based on weapon speed. Doesn't appear to have a CD. A multistrike is an additional attack with less damage, but it's still the same ability. So if your Wild Strike multistrikes, you get 2x the % chance you have to proc. (you only get 1 additional multistike in pvp, so the attack + 1 multi would be 2). It can't proc twice from that, you just get a better RNG roll. Pretty sure it's 1 proc per weapon chanted.

You'd still go might.

In a 2v2, Healer/Dps vs. Healer/Dps, you'd be waiting on a TV Critical to pop CD's for a kill, so that would make that easier.

But otherwise, DPS considered, Str/Versatility are better.

2 weapons with crusader and a simple weapon switch macro, looms, minor speed on boots/gift enchant on cloak (165% movementspeed with judgement)..
i chose crit enchants for rings/neck/cloak and cant complain, however if you like to have high TVs better take vers

wait, let me get this straight. are you saying that Minor Speed - Spell - World of Warcraft which says "Does not stack with other passive movement speed bonuses" is the only one that does actually stack?
