Look, I'll make this simple. There's no possible way you can have the whole picture, Shane doesn't make decisions lightly, moderator/administrator actions are not supposed to be discussed publicly primarily -because- you can't have all the information, and there is a proper formal avenue for communicating with the administrators about ban appeals, which Josh knows.

So there doesn't need to be any further discussion about this.
