Twink cup thoughts/idea and Myrm legendary status?

Should Myrm be given legendary rank?

From my understanding you have huge cash prizes for the twink cup and majority of people want consistent WSG lvl 19 pops all year long. So instead of blowing your load once a year, why not just have Myrm be the treasurer and divide the funds quarterly. So you have an event 4 times a year which would help keep your bracket thriving all year long?

Last thing with Myrm doing this already twice and going way and beyond for the bracket. Why hasn't he been given legendary status from twinkinfo? Someone shouldn't have to die to get that and enjoy the induction of been given an honorable status.

Better yet why not a poll?

Myrm is awesome! Once a year tournament builds the hype way more, I wouldn't care as much if it was quaterly. Activity is at it's highest and consistently keeps improving... pops this weekend starting between 1-30 2-30 est pm

I agree. However, maybe quarterly rounds that act like a regular season and the cup is the playoffs? The quarterlies could be for seeding?

So Don't give credit to people while alive? I think most people would rather see and smell the flowers now versus receiving flowers when they die.

While I adore and miss Sneaky alot, to say that TI Legend should be reserved to him is a little saddening. Just because Sneaky is gone, doesn't mean there aren't other legends out there. If anyone deserves it, Myrm is that guy.

My beef is with the aforementioned Honey jerkjob, making threads he has no business in making. I sincerely apologize if I have offended you in any way.
 
I agree with the badger. There may be lots of hype now, but it won't be sustainable until the TC. With such a large donation pool, and the ease at which tournaments can be held, it makes sense to have them monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly. The money alone will sustain interest. Keep the biggest prize for the TC.

Blizzard could change the rules on a whim. Why not play with the current iteration of the bracket while it's available?

this bracket has been as active as it is currently in the recent past before there was even any mention of a second tournament

a decent amount of the people who even queue 19s right now have no interest of even participating and play purely because they enjoy 19s over anything else
