My option for PayPal disappeared when I went to go pay. It looks like I will need to pick up a prepaid Visa and do it.

Are you using Visa or Master Card? Not sure why it would block cards in different regions. I wonder if a prepaid Visa card would work for you.

Man if you guys are in such dire need of saving $15 on a transfer, you might want to reevaluate your priorities and reconsider where you're spending your money. $25 is change to anyone with even a part time job.

How so? A transfer is $25, this seems to be a way to get a transfer for $10. I just think if people are so worried about the extra $15 required to do so outside of this questionable method, maybe their priorities aren't too straight.
