Gift of Versatility on neck, cloak, and rings. Replace Nogg's (and, if possible, the Heavy Silver Ring) with Charged Gear of Stamina. Nogg stays at 8, while Charged Gear scales to 10 in BG.

Both scale same, except charged's got OP resistances.
