Ah, I checked and I have 3 sp on my unbound MTB but it isn't 13 :/

I'll bump but I have one more question because I unsubbed a while ago and checked PTR but When was this enchant grandfathered? I don't remember seing people with it in MoP. Is it like some ZG enchant? I had healing power +15 before the nerf is why I'm asking because +13 is insane for a gf'd enhant at 19. My 39 Druid has +12 attk power on his bracer lol

Also, when you click on the ZZOldQA enchant, it won't bring it up upon clicking the link.

It is the same as the AP on gloves and bracers. The healing power to bracer enchant was changed in stats back in TBC. The 13 SP to bracers came from the change of all those seperate spellpowers. They simply replaced the old mechanism to a newer one while the new one, 15 healing power scales to ~3 SP or something now but the one from pre this SP change changed from 15 to 13 sp with that implemention and doesn't scale like the newer enchant and is also the reason why armory shows ZZOldQA which means this enchant is not craftable anymore.

As for getting this item so many years later, I doubt someone still has a pair of bracers lying around, the enchant was not bis anymore and it is likely that people replaced them and I can tell that scrolls didn't exist back then.

As for myself, I didn't upgrade some of that old gear and still having this enchant on several toons and probably the only way to get this neat item is to buy an old character ;-)

I'm pretty sure it's the argent dawn healing power enchant from vanilla.
 
There's an account for sale with them on a Mage I believe. Maybe go that route?
