The Fire Dream is still real though it just got nerfed like yesterday.
Noteworthy people in this vid are Oldspike the best F2P warrior in the game uncontested and one of the best healers and dps in the game Bop. Lockqt appears on ele shaman vail is playing healer in a few clips and Lluyd is also in multiple Clips.
also just so happen to get matched up vs a good warlock by the name of Gingerlock who also has a youtube channel and very entertaining video footage. all clips recorded from October 2014 to January 2015 Warlords of Draenor
Also a shoutout to all who attented the 10v10 premade set up by albino and bop I had a really good time hearing so many familiar twinks talk and the jokes were flying. Fire mage is my primary spec for mage its just epic at times. Also cant forget to mention Fael and Lankypuss for getting me to play mage on a more serious note and even wizkid and support/trickynick for giving me so much to look at when playing mage.

Playing a fire mage in arena takes guts so /salute to you Trialmop. There's a few things that could be improved to be more effective for example I noticed you have no stopcast macro which is quite essential. Liked vid on YT to see more mage. Have fun!

Quite a good arena video though. We need more people daring enough to make those.

If I recall correctly, the GCD after your first Hot Streak has a 2x chance to proc the Improved Pyroblast.

I.E., Hot Streak procs -> FFB + Fire Blast (Either can be a Critical Strike) -> Improved Pyroblast.

I don't think it's based off of sequential spell order if both spells are on the same GCD.

Could be wrong about that - I never played Fire for very long.

I Don't think this works, could be wrong. But when he does get a free pyro he should hold on to it and if he gets another hot streak he can cast FFB or fireball + the instant pyro. If either crit he will get another free pyro. Maybe that's what you were thinking of? ;P

I don't think you can get a Hot Streak proc while you have the Instant Pyro buff.

I remember that, when you were able to shatter two spells in the same GCD, it didn't matter /which/ spell was a Critical Strike for Hot Streak, as long as one of them was.

Taking this same principle, I think spells that are cast in the same GCD are considered to be the same spell when calculating procs.

It's a similar situation to being able to use two spells in the same GCD to both benefit from the increased Critical Strike chance from Shatter. The game doesn't send the data that damage has already broken the frozen debuff until after your cast ends.

you can get heating up while you have instant pyro.

not 100% sure on GCD though.

something interesting i found out was that hard casting pyro blast is actually higher dps than casting fireball at this level.
 
i dont think that guy should of been banned tbh sure he was a little off but still....

if the bans keep coming like this pretty soon we will have nobody left but robots that have no opinions or freedom of speech

I appreciate your concern so let me address it. The person in question directly insulted the OP, and he used profanity to do so. The CoC directly forbids both of those things, and Shane is very serious about cleaning that sort of hostile behavior off of the forums. In fact the CoC requires that we give people a full one-month ban for such infractions, but I chose to give this guy a one-day ban to cool off and to recalibrate his method of expressing himself.

I don't think it's too much to ask that we maintain these forums with a sense of decency and mutual respect. By and large, we have gotten much better about this all on our own, especially in the F2P section, where things have been better recently than any time I can think of in the past. That guy came from another section though, where maybe they haven't gotten the hint yet that disrespect and hostility aren't going to be tolerated anymore.

This comes straight from Shane's wishes, so I hope that you guys understand and can get on board with that.
