u join arena and there are 29s..so u got no chance for a win cuz u will always miss every shit but....

tday i play against a 24 ( cant remember the class ) and a 29 frost mage whit a trial ww.
my mate die same time like the 24, so the 29 mage n me do a 1-1
i win this battle cuz i use LoS like a hardcore pussy and only attack whit judgement and use always the 3 sec. speed buff for run LoS.
not the first time that i beat so a 29.

can any1 explain me why the fcking hell i can hit whit judegemt but all other shit miss 100%?
    i dont understand this bullshit.
blizz tell me..* we delete hit and expertise..blabla *
open world i could win a duell vs a lvl 42 lock...maybe i miss every second hit but in arena, normal no way 2 hit higher lvl.

Its been like that for a long time where normal attacks wouldn't hit high lvls but judgements did, maybe it's the 15% spell hit that holy gets, that's bugging, or intended, with blizz who knows ^^

Wow I can't even read that entire post but yes hit is still messed up. In arena obviously you are going to miss, since they are 29 and we don't scale. But I miss a ton in BG's against "true" 29s while scaled.

Edit: Ok I made it to the end. Judgement I think still counts as a physical attack where as your other stuff, particularly HoJ is a spell and effected by spell hit, which is quite a bit higher (3% vs 7% for 24s). So lucky RNG+low chance to miss with physical yellows=you never miss on 29s with Judgement. But you will if you play long enough.

My experience was the opposite, as a resto druid trying to hit the furbolgs for the medicine pouch, I could never hit with any physical attack, but all my spell attacks landed.

On my 90 paladin if I cast Judgement on rogue that is in Cloak of Shadows - Spell - World of Warcraft It will hit + apply censure so it cant be spell dmg. If rogue is in Evasion - Spell - World of Warcraft it will hit too and apply censure so that means judgement is physical dmg that hits from behind and can apply spell dot (even if target is immune to spell dmg) :D
    No other explanation....

    Hashbrown's entire post is correct.
I hope you are ESL. If not... Hmmm I have nothing further positive to add.
