Old GFd BC strength glove enchant seems to have avoided the downscaling. Still gives me +15 strength.

peerless stats giving +8 to chest.

For me, it's only giving +1 stats, by watching my stats and unequipping/equipping the chestpiece. The tooltip for the enchant when it's equipped is showing +3 stats on my 29. I've seen it mentioned that Peerless is scaling down to +8, am I seeing different numbers because my ui is bugged, or did they catch up to nerfing peerless?
