It does do alot damage at 20 f2p for what i've noticed in AV ;-)

everything's more balanced scaling wise. For the most part.

Scaling seems pretty balanced but 28/29 rogues and shadow priests are just silly if geared.

Not too different from mop apart from hunters being weaker (I think)
