F2Ps probably won't have a good time skirmishing against 29s, though

If skirms work like before, you can leave without deserter. Pretty easy to avoid being farmed if that's still the case.

Realistically there aren't many sustainable arguments for Blizzard to implement it at lower levels, even if there are no arguments for them not to implement it either.

Not enough mechanics at lower levels? This game has never had any advanced mechanics. If you know what to do, it's not hard to pull it off. If anything, lower level gameplay is more mechanically challenging due to the fact that your mechanics have higher impact relative to your decision making when you have fewer abilities to decide between using.

Guess we'll have to wait and see, but I strongly doubt tweeting at them and/or trying to convince them is going to change their minds.

Are you really this stupid? They will move to 20 and ruin your skirmishes... Then the welfare section will be soaked in the tears of a thousand nerds.

Personally I bet I don't play 20 matches in the whole expansion, but when you meet fully GF'd characters who are probably endgame partners too, e-peen will start growing inward and shit.
