2x charged gear of stamina
2x AGM
toughened leather armor with 14 stam
satchel cloak (8 stam) with 9 stam enchant
spy-mistress' necklace
Lucky fishing hat
emissary cuffs of stam (9 stam) with 15 stam enchant
Put stamina enchant on shield
get 225 mining

this is max stamina from the top of my head, might have missed something

Grandfathered - boa helm with stam enchant or Lfh with 100 hp enchant . Goblin mining helm until u get fishing hat. grab professions engineering n mining.

if you don't have a grandfathered boa , u can purchase from someone it involves some work to get to your account.
