hmm not too sure, unless someone can confirm they received one from one of those junkboxes then it is GF'd, wowhead doesn't always show correct info, but i could be wrong!

No, but after hearing what multiple people told me they bound themselves in MoP.

I already had my doubts as I had spoken to someone ingame before who had it enchanted to their legs which bound themselves also.

Obviously I can't be 100% certain but they are my sources. But I guess even if they are true, if one is in a GB, would be withdrawable.

ahh yeah guild bank thing would def work, ill just have to wait and see till someone finds a pair unbound in their inventory or in guild bank! thanks for the info
