24 raiding (possibility)

After watching the level 10's defeat the fel reaver in hellfire, it has inspired me to do some of the same things @ the 24 bracket. How many of you would think it would be a cool idea to boost the bracket?

Some of the long term ideas / goals i would want to accomplish would be to kill every major elite in the outlands. I think it could be accomplished. who knows what fun is to be had until you try.

Any feedback?
 
One of the reasons such feats are attainable at level 10 is the way ratings scale at those levels. I have been farming rares for a while on my 21 rogue, and even with a full hit-set, I can't hit the enemies on Timeless Isle. That's not to say it would be impossible to hit enemies 20 levels lower, but overall, I think it would be a stretch reaching the caps necessary to effectively counter those enemies in our bracket.
 
so what you're saying is that it would probably be impossible with full hit / expertise gear?

I can't say that it's impossible, because I haven't tested it for myself. I just think it would be a stretch reaching the caps necessary with our scaling.
 
It is possible, but way way less impressive. It's more impressive with f2p's cause of restrictions, but still not as impressive as it is with lvl 1s or lvl 10s. IMO


Do it before WOD hit.
 
24's won't have a chance in an instanced raid. Some of the boss mechanics just will not allow it. It is possible for some of the outdoor world bosses to beat them by shear numbers.
When I belonged to WHU (Warcraft Hunters Union) many moons ago, we used to take down Fel Reaver pretty regularly on 10-19s. But we had TONs of people. Over two full raids. We even took on Doom Lord Kezzak.

Well hypothetically speaking if we could get 40+ 24s attacking those bosses on the side of Icecrown...we could even phase in other guilds easily enough.

There are plenty of world bosses out there that are easy to get for a subscriber. A few months ago I listed them all. Even the summonable ones.
