Most people will simply run what they love, regardless of viability, etc etc.
BUT, If anyone out there is interested, Pally and Priests are going to be some big dick hard hitters. Ive been running basic napkin math and sims based on the WoD talent calculator and have found some pretty interesting things. For starters, Shadow Priests. Getting a Dispel, and Vamp Touch, improvement to utility, yet with the major loss of Psychic Scream and Pet, most people will blow it off and cry, dont be that guy. Here's whats gonna put the zing back into this spec, Glyph of Mind Harvest. When you first use Mind Blast on a target, you gain 2 additional shadow orbs. Yes, thats means Mind Blast will give you an instant 3 orb, GG. Sad about your loss of fears? Glyph of Mind Blast gives you a 4 second root to be content with, these glyphs individually + the addition of VTouch and Dispel make this spec pretty badass.
Next is Pally, no real change to talents, but if anyone here remembers when in the 70s bracket a Prot Pally discovered Glyph of Harsh Words, there will be no surprise come WoD when the bracket has millions of Prots running around 1 shotting everyone with a sheild+harsh words combo (Glyph of Harsh Words makes it so that you can use your Word of Glory as an offensive ability which does damage "roughly equal to the amount of healing"). Shockadins will also be making a return, with Glyph of Holy Shock playing a huge roll, I have run the numbers on this a little more thoroughly and with the passive double crit chance mixed with an intellect/spellpower heavy build, Shockadins will be pushing out some pretty heavy crits.
A few other honorable mentions for Big Dick damage will be Disc Priests running Glyph of Reflective Shield *groan*, Prot Warriors running the most scum Heavy Repercussions glyph + the addition of free shield slams due to new ability Devastate. Boomies should get a mention, due to their new passive ability than can give them instant starsurge procs, but the proc chance isnt high enough to be a bracket breaking thing and their glyphs are lackluster at best.
Sorry for the extreme length of the post, but I'm super interested in hearing what you guys think about these new viable niches entering into the bracket and how these glyphs are going to effect the communities gameplay overall, will there be bans on certain spec/glyph combo's (If I recall correctly 39s did this with Prot Warriors) or will we just let everyone run rampant?
But uh, to keep it on track ill be maining my spriest, gonna build a disc set just to mess around with Reflective Shield, and will bring my pally out of retirement just for the shits and giggles of getting to be a shockadin again.
Pattern

Sadly my old 29 Hunter from TBC is leveled up but I still have my Shaman.
I think i'll be playing Shaman & Monk (for premade purposes)

Im def going monk. I'm not sure if i'll go WW or BM, but both are so tempting. Glyph of breath of Fire will be OP on a tanky BM constantly disorienting nearby foes. Glyph of fist of Fury gives 100% parry while channeling which is good if you miss 1 person out of a group. Guard is also going to be insane on BM monk.
