Thats what I did. I might have gotten agm there on my own, but with queues being so long, no bgs are popping anyways.

so ive been looking at this list and i dont understand how there are german and italian and spanish realms. i thought it was US, EU, AUS/NZ and South America?

whats are shared between crossrealm and what are shared between connected realms? guilds? marketplace? fishing tournament? anything else worth mentioning?

Crossrealm: Zones (worth mentioning: DMF, Gurubashi Arena, STV for fishing, Chest farming)
Connected Realms: auction house, guilds, f2paddon chat

would that mean the best realms to go for dmf/gurubashi/stv for heirlooms (6.2 brings heirlooms to dmf and gurubashi) would be in latin america and brazil since they have the least cross realms and no high population (no * next to them) server?

They are an option. However, they tend to have a high population in the evenings and you also have to think about the amount of 20s that are on these realms. Since there are only those few, all the 20s on there are doing the same content as you in the same zone phasing.
You might want to try out a few realms if you dont have p2p support that can just realm hop you.

im actually closer to oceanic timezone so i can avoid their evenings. i was thinking when they put heirlooms into dmf/gurubashi a lot of high levels would be competing for it. so overall low population would be better
