OP probably already knows it anyway.
Bands are chest drop.
Chest+axe are useless (well, maybe BIS for int stacking balance).
Got ROP and DSpike on hunter and rogue respectively, done on pure f2p, maybe 5 boosts in total.
Not impressed :3

What about flametongue weapon btw? Is this based on melee or spell?

I would think spell as you dont see it miss that much as it would if you had no offhand cap
