They reset my quest when i did it.

Because quests are reset upon faction changing, all the refund is a GM created faction change and your money back, they even can't bypass the 3 day limit, so you'd have to wait.

Edit: Probably should've worded the original post to say you should do the quests before the 3 days / when the GM puts the faction change back.

There is a problem i did the quest in 5 hours so even less than the 3 days. Or maybe i don't understand.

there r 2 ways u can get this refund either they just give you a free faction change back or they just restore ur char to an earlier point

the gms i talked to said i would lose all progress ive made since the fac change so i asked them if they could escalate my ticket to the billing department which they did and i could tell those ppl that while i regret my fac change i have bought some cool items off ah and id rly like to just get a faction change back without losing my progress n they agreed to it

Doing this as we speak never knew about this always worth a try, ty for posting this. Made a pretty solid ticket.

Just so you all know, it doesn't always work the same. GMs have two options and I've delt with both a few times.

Make sure to mail all your BOAs/BoEs, because I've successfully duplicated items many times by requesting my character be transferred back to alliance (and I got rolled back, losing all of the quest items I gained, but gaining another set of BoAs/BoEs.

The other way they do is just flag you for another faction change, in which you keep all of your quest items, but no duplication can work at that point.
