Does Blizz even adress issues for f2p?

The in game suggestion feature never has given me evidence that they listen to what I have to say. So there's no other option left. Ik it's not what it's intended for, but its as close as I can get to the source. Plus I'm sure they get suggestions and such in the ticket feature all the time. I'm sure they don't just let them all go to waste without at least taking notes or talking to a friend that just might work higher up. I know what and what not to do, it's just a lack of options.

What I like to do? Do not mention that I'm a trial account player at all. Bend the ticket a bit to make it seem like I pay.

I know a GM who says that a GM regularly can't tell that you're a F2P account unless they actually log into your account or try to trade with you.

If it's a mailbox issue, I simply say the mailbox is glitched for me.

There's a few GMs out there who can tell you're a F2P just by looking at your gear, but if they ask that question, I just link to my main 90 on my P2P account and all suspicions are gone.

I know how to manipulate GMs considering I used to play a 10s and 1s in Cataclysm and got GF'd items from a poor GM who got fired.

Yea don't tell them you are a starter. Just play dumb, most GMs don't even notice the difference. I've had good ones and I've had bad ones, it really depends on the GM you get. But if I start the ticket with "I'm a trial twink" it's almost overwhelmingly some default message and eat a dick.

I did enjoy the "Many of us are actual paying customers, we just enjoy different gameplay experiences." point, sorry you didn't get a decent response.

Honestly who the hell do you think you are, expecting people to live up to your expectations cause your a hipster f2p? accept peoples points or come back with a mature argument other than the classic arrogance of a f2p towards a p2p.

At the end of the day where all human beings but f2ps instinctivly sub group themsevles into the "untouchables" cause they dont pay for the game so what ever class they roll there clearly at a disadantages. ROFL no. You dont see p2p complainging about f2ps rolling prot paladins/hunters/rogue or druid????

Oh no I agree, we play the game for free. I fully expect them to not answer or pull the plug at any time tbh.
 
Juno0 since the beginning F2Ps and 24s are natural ennemies! There's nothing you can do about that. I hate them because they have better gear and they hate me because I dont pay, thats how it is. Its like that on the french forums too. This brackets didn't exist before F2Ps so why is it so popular now? Because 24s are opportunists who have no skill! Why do you think they can't talk in our F2PAddon? Because they where hated when it was made!

i totally agree with you, i have no issues with either sides. as its blizzards fault for causing the imbalances at low level (10 - 89) BUT what doesn't help is egotistical pricks not naming names that glide through TI with a sense of value that there options matter ( on a human being scale they defo do!) but that being said, those f2p continue to play FotM class's as there god ridden right to do so based on the fact there "F2P's".

YES 24s can be an issue but you rarely see more than 1-3 each game, which in turn makes you think what the real issue is here with the f2p bracket. as rough guess if 24s only make up 20/30% of the bracket YET people still continue to moan about how bad it is;

Or do f2p's have to stop playing FotM to fix there our bracket?

As ive said before, f2ps have the option to sub wow, leave the bracket and stop complaining. i.e If you moan/cry/complain/rage at f2p bracket and have the ability to post on TI you are more than capable of subbing wow and finding a better bracket.

Good point. But I dont hate p2p. I have some 24's myself. I just dont like how unfairly some gear compared to our f2p. They can rant all they want about us not paying. But if it werent for F2p's their precious bracket would be Shadows and Dust.. SHADOWS AND DUST!
And believe me, stam stacking does win games against f2p. Thats just a fact. Since most of the gear they enchant already has stats more powerful than that of a f2p, their overall damage is superior. I wont argue about THIS though. lol

WARNING: THIS IS NOT A RANT THREAD ABOUT P2P >:O (just about customer service. The whole "dont say you're f2p" is a valid idea though derp)

That's actually pretty accurate. When my internet starts getting wonky the mouth on the other end of the phone has only a handful of things to say and do. Sometimes they don't want to do their job and try to feed me a line of shit, but I call them out on it since I know a bit about the internet. Just as sometimes a GM will try and shake you since he or she might not feel like doing their job. That's where the player needs to be educated on what a GM can and can't do.

GM's can do anything they want to do. They can give you quest items if you chose the wrong one, or if the quest glitched. They can do character restorations. They can give you a pair of boots back with the exact enchant you had on them in case you got disconnected and the vendor ate your badges. They can give you Lokin's tongue if you forgot to loot it at the end of Halls of Lightning as long as you killed Lokin.

So if a GM tells you that it's beyond his power to give you an item, he's full of crap. Want to know why Blizzard says never give your account information to a GM? Because they can ghost your account at work and see what you have with their control panel or admin tools. If you give your info to a pissy GM, they can go home, steal your account and you're screwed. Don't let a crappy GM dodge you. Hold his feet to the fire and make him do his job. This is how Blizz removed their accountability by saying "at the sole discretion of the GM." Instead of making policy that benefits the player, they...

1.) Shuck the responsibility onto a person that could be having a bad day because his wife divorced him or he took a few shots from his one hitter before coming and realized that he's out of pocket bacon. And...

2.) Keep you playing (paying) by giving you the idea that you might get an item back or complete a quest for you if it's broken.

It's identical to an an internet customer service rep telling you that there's nothing that can be done. However if you do like I do, call back in 30 minutes, get a different rep and get better results. Some customer service reps are dumb and you can take advantage of them and it explains how some GM's give items to F2P's that they normally couldn't get.

On an F2p I had, I put in a ticket to have a GM clean out my mail box. Simple request, delete the pets that are in my mailbox because I can't access them because I'm an F2p.

1st GM replied with - "I see that you're on a Starter Edition account, you do realize that you can't access the mailbox." My reply - "Yes I know, I'm not asking you to give me the items. I'm asking you to delete them from my mailbox. Just get rid of them." His reply - "I'm sorry, but as you're on a Starter Edition account, I can't help you with any mailbox issues."

Really? Second attempt - 3 days later I ditched the ticket.

Last attempt - "Could you please delete the mail from my mailbox?" His reply - "Why would you want to do that?" My reply - "Because I'm on a Starter Edition and the urge to click the mailbox is driving me crazy and I can't get into it." His reply - "Well, if you're sure that's what you want, I'll do it, but you won't get the items back." My reply - "Just delete it."

Items gone.

Or we're just asking for more balance? Again I dont hate p2p. WHen I was on my p2p you cant help but gear your toon as much as possible. Its just that now it's too much. P2p vs F2p now is like rambo walking into a chicken pen and unloading upon them.

once you've played on the f2p side it's easy to restrict your p2p toons
