Title says it all. Just wondering if this bracket is actually any fun or not. i remember i had a 24 ahwile ago and all I did was farm scrubs who just hit lvl 20 with no gear. If there's any recent videos of gulches that would be great thanks.

Yeah, it's pretty much this when playing a p2p. I haven't played US 20-24, but if it's similar to EU then the activity in the bracket is nice, quality of games/players often is not. Like Dori said, a time killer but don't expect same level of play than in the 19s for example.
If competitive, nail-biter games are your idea of fun, then no. Not at all. Sometimes a good game will come along, but rarely. Most games are totally lopsided in favor of one faction or the other, completely at random. It's like the way twinking used to be way back in the day when twinks were mixed in with leveling players and those who took the time to gear and learn how to play the game just slaughtered everyone in their way.

This is the dumbest excuse I've ever heard. It's not a challenge, 99% of F2Ps are complete pushovers that don't stand a chance against even some of the worst 24s, and playing the game gimped like that is more of an irritant than a challenge. It's like playing professional football but doing it without being paid and playing without protective gear.
Exactly this. The only other caveat is there are more P2P premades recently due to many former 19s joining the bracket.
20-24 BG is pretty bad since 5.4

no mattter what playing as a 24 is still the most boring ive ever put myself through thank god its over
Who said anything about needing them? Need != having access to and willingness to use them. Would you rather I played without them? Twinks have always been about gaining any and every advantage possible to have the best equipped character to play with. Why would I forgo something I pay to have access to because someone else isn't paying for the same accessibility?

You have access to such things but that doesn't mean you have to use them, I have a p2p account aswell.

Perhaps that's how it started, exp off changed twinking (and in mine and many others for the better) but if your idea of fun is to have 4x the rests health and >2x the damage and gy farm for 20 min is your idea of fun I won't stop you, I can't force you to change your ways only enlighten mine.
Because that's what the majority of the bracket plays with, get off your pedestal.
