Because if Blizzard don't fix this scaling, then I'll be forced to level to 24 and would like to obtain my double Agi rings and Agi bracers in advance.
Come level 24, the three pieces of gear I'll need will be waiting in my bank, rather than still waiting in Gnomer.

Lol, soz about the late one, haven't been on T.I for quite awhile...
Anyway, the reason I say "if Blizzard don't fix this scaling" is because, atm, gear/stat scaling only works for BoA's. When the scaling was first released, all stats on all gear (not just BoA's) would scale to 24 during bg's. Until they fix this, I will remain 22.
Not much of a big deal anyway, still smash plebs in bg's, so?... lol

When the scaling was first released, only stats in boas was scaled to 24 during bgs. Next patch they also made non-boa items scale to 24. It is still working exactly the same as it did when non-boa scaling was released, only difference is that as of 5.4 some tooltips are bugged (they don't show the scaled up stats when equipped, but give the scaled stats nevertheless.)
Only thing that is not working in scaling right now is the tooltips. When the items are in your inventory, you can see the real scaled stats. When you equip them, the tooltip gets bugged and you see the normal stats, but you do gain the scaled stats. Just a tooltip bug.

thinking about your druid i see like you use silver belt and magicians mantle for some stamina but you could swap out both rings boots and bracers for more stamina, or do you just like stack some stamina on the normal int gear? i would go abit more crit swap 1 of the rings for the yorgen's boon or something idk 8/10 anyways

You could also switch to Spidersilk Boots for more stamina, and imo for druids BoA 1h caster mace + either Tome of the Dawn or BoA OH with 6+ intellect.
You rogues seems good, tho I'd take 12 PvP power > 12 Agi cause PvP power literally adds 3.5% increased dmg

Nah man, was just trying to keep a balance between having enough Stam to FC with and still have a decent amount of SP and Int for self heals and what not, also forgot to mention that my gear was also based around the mog set I have, I knew what pieces were BiS, but for an example, as Snack mentions below about the Spidersilk Boots, they, however, are cloth, therefore I couldn't keep the mog set I wanted, hahaha
I'm weird about shit like that, lol, but ye, so my gear isn't that great but If I really wanted to be serious about it, all I'd have to do is swap out to the gear in my bags and go Horde for a few more pieces
In referral to the Spidersilk Boots, explained it in Wiggz's quote, and as for the BoA 1h Caster Mace and TotD OH, I had them was just using the staff for the mog, haha
As for my rogue, I, personally... prefer to use the Agi enchant on my cloak, just because I feel it's more beneficial hence the fact that I'm AP stacking with a bit of Crit as well, and Agi gives both stats as a small amount including some Dodge, In the end though, I just feel It's BiS to my playstyle and I personally prefer the Agi > PvP Power
