active L19 guilds?

There aren't any active guilds that I know of, but I do understand that there are a lot of 19 twinks in bleeding hollow. most of them are inactive

You're better off staying on your main server and recruiting a few friends.
Bandwagoning to BH to form super guilds with benches that had enough players to fill 5 A man teams was the worst thing that happened to 19s.
Sadly right now there are no 19 guilds but those of us who still care for the bracket are constantly doing war games and world PvP. At least this way we can focus on 19s without the detrimental farmers / fotm rollers and we can all just play for fun.
It's a pretty exclusive bracket at the moment since those who never cared more than just to "pwn noobs" have all gone on to bigger better things like farming trials on 24s.
If you want to play 19s I suggest you contact myself or Purj via TI PM. We're working on scheduling events that will work with everyone's schedule as we speak.
