Would you prefer a p2p bracket separate from a f2p bracket?

If you actually read those threads there's maybe 5 people saying they want to do it (2 of which are will) and everyone else saying that it is bad/illegal

If the brackets split, wouldn't the "better/ geared" f2ps just be ruling nearly as much as p2ps can. With all the new and Spanish players the better f2ps would have a resounding advantage. Now, if you are a p2p, a split in the bracket would bring along bgs similar to 19s (even though most 24s aren't on the scale of some 19s), eventually it would create a more skill-filled bracket.

They would, but most of that resounding advantage is HOW the veterans play the game(generally referred to as "skill"), rather than the gear itself. It gives newbies a goal to work for, knowing that it is possible to improve their game to such a level.

It also benefits the new players. Rather than them being say, tier one, facing veteran f2p's, being tier two, and p2p's, being tier three, they would only be facing tier one and two. I geared f2p can sometimes 1 shot a newbie. Now in 5.4, a geared p2p (rogue in this case) can sometimes near 1 shot a geared f2p, and any p2p class decked out in fancy numbers can global a newbie.

The constant influx of legitimate trials are what keep this bracket popping 24/7, rain or shine. Blizzard dumps a steady stream of complete noobs into an xp-off twinking bracket by at levlel 20 by default. If it wasn't for this cruel trick that bliz likes to pull on new players, there would be no bracket. There are not enough actual 20-24 twinks to sustain it, period.

Therefore the whole point of this poll is really moot, as a separate p2p bracket is not really a real option — a separate f2p bracket precludes the existence of p2p 20-24 bracket The above point of rhetoric is the whole point of the thread, and if you don't understand that, you've been trolled.

What i hope for the future is that people will simply move from a lower bracket to 20 - 24 bracket in hopes of more diversity.
Just think if all 19s went to 20 - 24 bracket.. more people, more skill, more pops and less "legitimate" f2ps. We all win in this situation.

chicken and the egg. wow would never be as popular as it is, if wasn't for subs paying staffs wages to keep the content up to scratch. when an mmo goes totally f2p, it's dead.

I have both and honestly if it was seperated i would play my f2p more, but i can afford the game and do pay for it so why leave myself at a disadvantage for no reason? no more then i play anymore i would love to just log on my trial and goof off. but i get tired of getting killed when i can just log in to my p2p and be that asshole!

No, I want everybody we can get in the bracket. The reason I play in the 20-24 bracket is because it's active. Twinking really changed once Bliz turned xp on in bgs. Most of the twink brackets died since there was no more levelers to fill the gaps. F2P really brought it back for this bracket. I play both f2p and p2p.

All I want is a active twink bracket.

I would prefer it if Blizzard put a 10 BG/dungeon limit on starter accounts. It's wholly ridiculous that people actually spend time twinking a character on an account that they don't pay for, then come here bitching about getting the short end of the stick.

I realize this suggestion would likely kill the 20-24 bracket, but I'd have to say that's how it should be anyway.

Try reading what I said. I said I play a Warlock because he claimed he plays p2p because I play OP classes. I don't. I'm just a high rated player that doesn't want to pay to play a game where I can't even get 2.2k rating gear anymore. I can afford many subs over if I so pleased.
