    Welcome back there is a whole new pvp system in place, you need every gear slot filled to get the best stats. Actual gear stats and enchants are disabled inside bgs/arenas. Use a wand for casters it gives better stats than other weapons.

    Thx :D. Better to use a wand than using the headmasters staff? How much better is it? I'm so confused

    Wands give better stats than any other weapon when inside bgs/arenas. So yes using a wand is much better than a staff inside bgs/arenas. When outside of bgs/arenas make sure to switch back to your staff or whatever you use because wands are only good inside instanced pvp.
