Him speaking to TL members have no relevance to why he changed his PoV.
Situation #1 : EU becomes inactive, EU players go to US -> Mocha thinks it's great that the bracket gathers.
Situation #2 : US becomes inactive -> Mocha thinks the idea of US players moving to EU is a no-no.
My point: Why does mocha think EU players should move to US, but not the other way around?
The answer: Because Mocha only cares about the activity in the US.
Mocha encountering TL members still has no relevance. It would only be relevant if situation #1 occured twice.
Do you understand? Disseminating knowledge to the ignorant is truly a great pleasure.

because people went EU>US(TL), acted like they do in the EU, showed the transatlantic community how pathetic they are. mocha does all he can to become mod again, and purges TI of them.

Why don't we let the man who is being quoted do the speaking for himself.
EU had decreasing activity ranging from frequent pops to not so frequent pops, and then finally to rare pops, and then finishing with 0 pops. I was excited to see some players come to US and every time I followed it with something along the lines of:
"But you should not cancel your EU subscription and should continue to try to schedule pops for EU"
Here we are 1 week in to new content and have only had a few pops. "oh noes 19s US are dead abandon ship! I heard EU finally got a few pops in a row, everyone move to EU!"
US 19s have never died.... Every single time new content is released whether it be a earthshattering patch or a new expansion, it takes about 2-3 weeks for pops to become steady again.
Every.
Single.
Time.
US 19s are not dead as a) we still get pops and b) queue frequency is about to resume to it's regular status by the looks of it.
Let's not have any hear say junk pop up as it just causes drama.
