Back ontopic...the best resto druid is the one that premades with 4 or more 24s. Allows them to shine better. If not premading, and with 9 pugs its unpredictable

p2p 20- (only one that I remember atm) Lirree
24- (no1 memorable comes close to either of them) dradform or kratos (can't find armory for him)

Even that is quite impossible I'm afraid. All those druids are absolute top tier, I wouldn't want to put one or two above the others.

i actually have no idea who a good Ele shaman is in20- 24 bracket I'm stumped.

Best Resto "Kratos/Gay" be top of most people's list. Best ACTIVE idk nvr seen any active resto druids in a 10 vs 10 setting.
