I believe the gear is alright.

inc u need foremans gloves spam, sheesh my RNG sucks guyz I tried for a week but they won't drop

The hunter is actually good but need a few minor changes. For alliance aluwyns(from bfd quest) is BIS , also is bands of serrakis(from bfd).The shoes from stockades is also good (feet of the lynx is actually bis but stocks shoes are still good),get your agms and ur good to go man.Overall i would say 7/10

This is BIS you still need to be a damage dealer, so you're still quite far away.
