No. Scaled that hardly gives any resistance at all, not that it gave much in the first place. Sheep the pet and pray for a healer. Mage in sig is BiS glass cannon and with the amount off cc we have I'd even argue BiS.
LFH and Slippers of unturned loyalties and Mindthrust,
You're mage really isn't near BiS. You need conspirator's slippers, girdle of nobility, godreys britches, nobles robe, ivycloth bracers of intellect, and dread pirates ring. And maybe the green hitcloak.No. Scaled that hardly gives any resistance at all, not that it gave much in the first place. Sheep the pet and pray for a healer. Soft crit capping is definitely worth it.no need for that much crit.
Shatter - Spell - World of WarcraftSoft crit capping is definitely worth it.
.....what do you think soft crit capping is?

I'm not sure if you're trolling, or if you just have no idea what the hell you're taking about. I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you're trolling. Not shatter crits.

Crit is uselses for a mage
You won't be under soft cap in BGs since MoP lowered it to 25%. Something I've noticed is that when you join a bg with a crit set that you gain about 5% crit.I have all of those, except maybe green hit cloak? I based my build on int>crit, take int, crit>int, take crit, int =crit, take int. Silk threaded and Corpse Rompers both scale better then their crit counterparts. I currently sit right above hit cap, so there's no need for DPR. 17% crit in bg with 151 sp (assuming I don't get the Northrend buff) and 0.91% over hit. With DPR and a full crit set I'm still under soft cap, so there's no need to push for 100% Shatter.
I just kind of assumed you were looking for a launching point for your build. Carry on![]()

I'm yet to see a build that hit builds correctly while maintaining that much crit for the int they have. But eh, to each his own. I'm ok with 1700 hp in a bg, I feel like I can work with that. Professions... skinning could probably be switched out. Engineering dynamite is great for breaking smeld.

It's like 20% :-/ Crit clock, Noble's Robe, Godfrey's, DPR, crit boots, and skinning.
