Just get a opsite fraction healer to stand there with u and let u dps all day in 30mins - 1h u gonna have the acheive.

Just tried this today. I have not yet seen the preparation buff and anywhere I go says "Goblin Mine" not "Deepwind Gorge". It doesn't even say "Deepwind Gorge" or show a preparation buff in any of the screenshots posted here. Jump through the hole in the roof from the small hill in the back? Tried it several times. I just take fall damage and nothing else happens.
Oh and for people who want damage control, just make a healer with a no gear set and a stamina/int one, go to an isolated area in Arathi Basin and just boost heal as much as you can. By this I mean make sure you have no gear on, then switch to your stamina/int set, heal yourself, then switch back to your no gear set and repeat until you get the achievement. It worked when I did it anyway.

Think leave the instance> change to 10 man> enter> change to HC should work. That's how you do to change to 25 HC, so should work for this to.
By non slacking pps you mean people who come here just about every day so they don't miss anything, right? So now Blizzard chooses to be on top of their bugs. I guess it could have been a considerable inconvenience for people getting dismounted when flying over it though. Well don't let GF'ed achievements bother you too much since you don't have to count or worry about them anymore, in less you're trying to get a top spot in the top achievements list, that is. But I was so close this time!
Yeah, did it in Arathi now. Had to deal with lots of QQing though, obviously. Failed twice when I attempted to stay at least remotely objective focused (with like 250-270k at the end of the match), but it worked when I went full herpderp healing mode in a remote area.

Lol yeah I did it inside the town hall building and at least one guy occasionally complained, but oddly I never got an AFK debuff.
