Alliance occasionally dominates when RT isn't group queueing and both sides are pugging, and Horde dominates when RT group queues. Nothing new.
Are rogues viable again?
The only time I would consider rogues to have been "unviable" would have been in wotlk briefly.
As long as we have sap, ambush and kick rogues will never be "unviable" in fact as assassination I have 2v1d a prot warr fc and holy pally D twice in 1 premade in 5.2.
Anyways in terms of [MENTION=1630]Slyddur[/MENTION] returning, I am very excited for this event! It seems those who have stuck with 19s since the start are very hard to come by these days. To be honest I have found it difficult to want to queue up given the recent trend of facerolling / winlogging games. Perhaps more coordination by those who aren't in this group of 5 fotm rerollers could help change the course of pugs in MoP.

Oh so that explains it! I haven't seen your name in a while! If we all remember back to mop patch notes when [MENTION=4002]Curley[/MENTION] was crying hard about how rogues are going to be terrible etc, we actually were topping charts with ease for the first few weeks.
For pugs you will probably want to be sub, stack agility with nighstalker but for premades I have found it most useful to be assassination with a more crit oriented build and subterfuge. Given the lack of CC it only makes sense for rogues to drop skinning and pick up engineering for the bombs so that's a no-brainer given that our crit is alreadly over 43% or so.
In terms of warriors, arms warriors actually were extremely powerful last I played them and prot warriors at one time were critting for more than half of an enemies health pool. I believe that issue to be fixed.
Either way warriors are still very, very fun and also useful given their talent choices. Perhaps not the most fun/viable for solo queuing pugs. But if you play whichever class you enjoy playing, and if warrior is one of those classes you will still be useful. I would recommend queuing with a healer for obvious reasons.

Gouge was like half the fun of being a rogue I literally had no motivation to play without it. I tried my warrior but with arms at this low of level you only have one rage generator so you're always rage starved. Its not even 1/10th of what it was. Prot just doesn't appeal to me I need a big stick to feel manly.

Rogue damage is absurd, but they have 0 mobility to compete with nearly every other classes speed increases and slows. You can build a group around them to be effective and/or chug speed pots all day, but it's a lot less work to just play a better pug class (especially due to the overpopulation of rogues in pugs). Grab a good healer and do some arenas if you really want to get some time in on rogue.

can u explain why u should be sub for pugs but assassination for premades
possibly because of the high poison procs, since it hits through armor, and mutilate spam under lifeblood. That's just me guessing.
yes but i dont think this answers my question, i want to know why assassination is better than sub for premades, and why sub is better than assassination for pugs
