Tabard of the ebon hold

So I saw a ftp in one of my bg's wearing this tabard and was just curious if anyone else on here would now how to get it. I know how to get the rep just dont know how he did the phasing.

Pretty sure i'm not. He had the buff from tabard on when I saw him

It is possible so don't say it isn't I know of an armory as well. Something that was changed in 5.2 cause it wasnt possible before that. If any1 knows how please inform me as I am trying for the tabard of the achiever

It is not my character and I am not gonna post it since I don't think he wants his toon out there but believe me or not idrc

I found the guy in game and talked to him, it is still obtainable just extremely hard to get. When the zone phases theres about a second before the actual vendors and quest people phase such as the quart master. He made a macro to target and buy the tabard in the second before he got phased out.
