F2P --> Black War Mammoth

    • Looking for F2Ps who know how to get a Black War Mammoth, and who want to combine our efforts in this task. I could do it solo, but that would not be very healthy: not sleeping for so long.

    I know how and the best way to do it. If you have a DK and this gets enough attention I would love to do it.

    [MENTION=12209]Reflexz[/MENTION] and [MENTION=10142]Falanks[/MENTION] would you be interested? You could of course farm the 2k honor and get the pvp mount or the av mount if you choose so it doesn't need to be the mammoth but atleast we may have help
     
    not everyone can do it
    it's a sort of "grandfathered" possibility, being able to obtain this mount
    hence the who know how to pre-requisite

    Yea, the question is not what you use to do it or the requirements, the question I had was about how we intend to get the 2000 honor in a group.

    Oh, sorry - it was intended to be directed to you. But I can see only two ways they could get it; battleground farming together or collect a group of Death Knights and do a 'kill for kill' sort of thing somewhere they won't get interrupted.

    Yea I wasnt directing it entirely towards you, more piglet because his response did didnt make much sence.


    Seems like 4-5 US members who would participate as of just this thread, I think it would be worth setting up a legit US event for this.

    f2p dk's are a secret society after all :)
     
    the beautiful thing about the mammoth is that it is the only thing you can get from your DK, that can be used by your 20s, which is NOT PURELY COSMETIC! You can traverse shallow water on this mount in Arathi Basin :)

    The worst thing that can happen: a power-outage happens exactly after the first 5 people get their mounts, and before they even started helping the second group of people.
    Then everyone will have to wait for 1.5 hours until you bring your second DK.
     
    Stack Nelf DK's in Gurubashi, increased speed while corpse running and the mounts cross faction convert, so stormpike charger convert to frostwolf howler on horde and visa versa for the alliance mount. Same for mammoths.
