Also why? Why is X better than Y?

Why the Blu insignia of the loom version giving 8 resi @24?
What makes parachute cloak better than the loom cloak, yes it lowers agi by 4, but has 7 stam, 3 crit, 3 haste.
What makes petrolspill so special vs looms.

In my opinion this is BIS. Put two Blackvenom Blades on, Temples Vest, 10 agility shoulders and gemmed wrist and gloves. That is what a truly 'BIS' rogue should look like, In my opinion.

what you define as "BiS" is a glass cannon set. BiS is usually the best all around set.
