I'm aware of the obvious things, such as enchants and shit. I Will go for agi rather than crit build. What I wonder is how a Horde Hunter hit-caps at best, hogger pants?

Flying Tiger Goggles, BoA bow, or Shadowcraft shoulders or chest all have a little hit to help you cap. Can't think of any others that could help atm.

Hit cap is only 8 hit not 17 like it used to be so you don't need all these items people are saying..

If you use the bone bow you can switch hoggers for smelting. If you keep hoggers get the boa gun (and I think rop is better your prairie ring )

depending on the rest of your gear but generally I would say so.


1.9 dps, 11 crit, 5 resil for 8 agi

Even regardless of your other gear I would think that BoA weapon > Naga bow because the BoAs scale to 24 in BGs, so at the very least you have higher max damage for bigger crits which translates into higher burst.

I'd rate to 8/10 because u need also Lucky Fishing Hat , at least 1 Arena Grand Master and Charmed Ancient Bone BoW !!!

i'd say the best way to hit cap for you is RoP + Tiger Goggles untill you get a lucky, then try for a pair of drake wing bands or else use the leather boa bp seeing as the only differences between the 2 are armor, and crit vs hit so if you dont want a crit build then get that bp and you should be set for bgs, the boa gun is prob your best choice for weapon unless your going for a complete agi build in which case the naga would serve you better, but over all 8.5/10

Thanks for the replies. This twink has sadly been retired for some time (mainly because of 4 failed fishing tourneys) -- but I'll take everything that has been said here into consideration once I finish gearing this toon!
