Confirmed 5.3 info for F2Ps

they should just nerf mana regen at lower levels. that is why healers live forever. not because we heal too much.

As long as they keep their hands off my ret heals...

Didnt notice this get posted but what an awesome change if it goes through:

The following PvP trinkets now have a cooldown of 2 minutes, down from 5 minutes.

Bequeathed Insignia of the Alliance
Bequeathed Insignia of the Horde
Inherited Insignia of the Alliance
Inherited Insignia of the Horde
Inherited Mark of Tyranny
Insignia of the Alliance
Insignia of the Horde

edit: nvm just saw it was posted, well I for one am very happy about this.

Can anyone actually confirm stat scaling fix? I'm guessing this is a lie/troll and we won't see any fix for it in 5.3. Don't get your hopes or else get prepared for disappointment.

Can't confirm what "secondary stats fixed" even means, let alone what is present on ptr. Would need 20 accounts. My bet is release candidate will come out tomorrow, and if it does 5.3 will be 7-Apr or 14-Apr. In other words, we'll know soon.

New build: 16896

20's still have 40% resilience
20's still have 45% battle fatigue

10 accounts/toons/players also would suffice, since f2ps don't have trial restrictions on PTR and players can turn on experience to do battleground wargames.

I unfortunately do not have ready access to the PTR, let alone to WoW itself, so I'm unable to join in helping test their battlegrounds if they even fixed battleground hit-scalings.

For those who do have ready access to PTR, perhaps you can give a time on when you're available to help test wargame battlegrounds? Now is an opportunity to check and let the devs know the bug exists [yes, despite how many reports they got, but still worth a try] while 5.3 is still in PTR, in case the bug fix somehow requires a patch update and thus couldn't directly be hotfixed.

When did stat scaling start occurring in wargames? Can anyone confirm this... By confirm I mean has anyone experienced scaling in wargame bgs as opposed to simply thinking that wargame scaling does or does not work?

I'm pretty sure it hasn't since wargames are a completely different thing.

I've copied onto the PTR US PvE server on both Horde and Alliance if anyone wants to set something up. I'll have to copy over and configure all my addons before any BGs.

BTW, the searing totem still has 5 hp. I thought it was getting buffed? Lightening bolt on the move makes me feel like a hunter.

By wargames, I was assuming warsong wargames as well (unlike arenas). I was under the impression that battleground scalings could take place in warsong wargames, as a possible explanation for how Dax made this below post way back when 5.2 was still in PTR and not live yet (and thus how blizzard would do battleground scalings was unclear):
Actually it's possible to play Warsong Gulch as Wargames (it works). Just use /wg groupleadername mapname. We're still 20, but base stats/hp/mana/crit/hit/heirlooms scale to 24. Cannot wear 21-24 gear and we don't get 21-24 abilities.
While no one (to my knowledge) tried warsong wargames on 5.3 PTR, I somewhat would be surprised if battleground scalings worked in warsong wargames in 5.2 PTR, but didn't in warsong wargames in 5.3 PTR.
